Thank you for shopping with XtreamFHD. We stand by the quality of our service and offer a 30-day refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.


Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your service must meet the following conditions:

  • You have encountered a technical issue that we cannot resolve.

  • The service was not delivered as described.

  • You have not violated our Terms of Service.

  • You made your request within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.

Note: We do not issue refunds for:

  • Temporary service outages caused by upstream providers or your local ISP.

  • Incompatibility with your device, app, or internet connection (please test with our trial or recommended apps).

  • Misuse or sharing of account credentials.


Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our digital IPTV services, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Downloadable software (including configuration files or setup guides)

  • Subscription packages already in use for more than 30 days

  • Trial versions or promotional packages

  • Sale or discounted items


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Email used during purchase

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and review it within 2–5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital services. However, if you experience issues with your subscription or want to switch to a different package, please contact our support team — we’re here to help.


Gifts

If a subscription was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we can issue a gift credit for the value of the return if eligible. Once approved, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was sent to the gift giver, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
